635ph Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 635ph ("635ph," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the 635ph website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 635ph Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 635ph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 635ph.

To register and maintain an account with 635ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) capable of entering into legally binding contracts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 635ph, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 635ph Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by action of 635ph.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any national or regional self-exclusion scheme.

635ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by 635ph may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each eligible player may register only one (1) account on the 635ph Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and a functioning email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if it changes.

• Your account username and password are personal and confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• 635ph will never contact you to request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 635ph support immediately via live chat from your account dashboard.

635ph reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any deduction.

635ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 635ph account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time. 635ph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent qualifying deposit, except where 635ph expressly permits an alternative in writing.
• Any active bonus balance and its associated wagering requirements must be resolved before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be initiated.
• Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) Philippine banking business day.
• 635ph reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time.

635ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and certain specialty games may contribute a reduced percentage or not at all. Contribution rates for each promotion are listed in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any associated free spins that are not claimed or utilised within the specified validity period will expire automatically without replacement.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus balance is active, the maximum permitted wager per game round or bet is ₱500, unless a higher limit is explicitly granted in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless specifically stated otherwise.

All games offered on the 635ph Platform operate under clearly defined rules that are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules applicable to that game.

The following general wagering rules apply across all 635ph games and sports betting markets:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. No wager may be cancelled, altered, or reversed after it has been accepted by the system, except where 635ph determines that a technical error affected the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum wager limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed in the game interface or betting slip at the time of wagering.
• In the event of a demonstrable technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 635ph reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.
• 635ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all applicable games. RNG certification is maintained through periodic third-party audits by independent testing laboratories.
• Odds and game paytables are clearly displayed prior to wagering. It is the player's sole responsibility to review all applicable odds, rules, and payout structures before placing a wager.

635ph reserves the right to void any wager that it reasonably determines was placed as a result of a pricing error, system fault, or manifest error on the Platform. Players who exploit obvious errors will have such wagers voided and may face account review.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 635ph Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any manner.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, tournaments, or any other competitive format.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or otherwise participate in games on your behalf.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action for amounts owed.
• Money Laundering: Using the 635ph Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the Platform, its software, or its servers in any way.

All content on the 635ph Platform — including but not limited to the 635ph name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, game assets, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 635ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from 635ph.
• Use the 635ph brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context or in a manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of 635ph intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and may expose you to legal liability under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 635ph, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or business interruption caused by Platform downtime, technical faults, or maintenance periods.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if 635ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays or failures outside the reasonable control of 635ph.
• Any outcome resulting from your own misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits 635ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

635ph is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Your use of the Platform constitutes your acknowledgment that 635ph will collect, store, and process your personal data as described in the 635ph Privacy Policy.

The types of data collected by 635ph include, but are not limited to, registration information, identity verification documents, transaction records, gameplay history, device and browser data, and communications with 635ph support. This data is used for account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement purposes.

635ph will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting 635ph support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after satisfying any outstanding wagering obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 635ph Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

635ph operates within the framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming operations targeting the Philippine market. Players who believe they have a regulatory complaint may raise the matter with the appropriate PAGCOR channel in addition to or instead of pursuing direct dispute resolution with 635ph.
